Investment & Licensing Opportunities
DuraSip is actively engaged in limited production and testing of our phenolic-fiberglass laminates and fiberglass composite structural insulated panels. With positive initial test results, much interest has been generated in our line of DuraSip products in numerous industries.
Our next expansion phase is full scale automated production and commercialization of our new products, followed by world-wide distribution and licensing of the company’s unique technology. Opportunities are available on several different levels for investor/partners.
The first is direct investment in DuraSip LLC; equity interest is available in our small but rapidly growing company. We are seeking accredited investors or partners who are already active in one of the industries in which DuraSip products have applications. Ideal candidates would be building material manufacturers or suppliers, large builders, developers and manufactured housing professionals. Other individuals or companies in the transportation or recreational vehicle industries also would be qualified. It is our intention to attract “smart money” investors who will bring added value to our partnership and may profit through sales or consumption of product in addition to escalating company value and profit sharing.
The second opportunity is for qualified individuals and companies interested in satellite manufacturing of DuraSip products. DuraSip will license its proprietary products, processes, and equipment to manufacturers. Our program includes the manufacture of turn key factories shipped from our Mississippi location to our licensee’s facilities. We install and commission equipment, fully train all necessary personnel, and will provide ongoing technical support with continued new product development and refinement. Exclusive territories are available and are negotiable; territories can be geographic, market segment related or a combination of both.
The third opportunity is product distribution, qualified companies with an ability and history of sales and distribution in their particular markets may find the DuraSip product line to be a valuable addition to their operation.
